AB's new Geotrax acquisition

So we finally found a used Geotrax set that had lots of extra track (along with duplicates of stuff we already have). We laid out all of the pieces on the living room floor - just to get a feel of what extra stuff we could sell. The plan was to separate out both the stuff to sell and the stuff Lincoln hasn't earned yet (he earns Geotrax as he gathers stickers on his potty chart), but one thing lead to another and now we have a huge setup on our living room floor. Here's AB's video showing off his new trains:

Update: at the time of publishing of this blog post, AB has now connected the ends of the track together AND put all of his new train cars together to make the J's longest train and track ever!

a product of (Boy Name), Utah

Just so you all can take a gander at the positive side of (Boy Name), to offset all that negative stuff that seems to, well, happen a lot (ie, backyard graves, planes falling out of the sky, bombings at the highschool, power pole starting on fire, etc.) here's a story on KSL about a member of our ward - Elders Quorum secretary, in fact:
Enjoy!

This is Lincoln reading his train book. He LOVES his train book and he's heard it probably 100's of times.

So Net and I decided (well, I mostly helped, she decided) to clean all the windows and blinds in the entire house. A lot of work, and L boy got kind of bored. So this is how L boy participated:

When I asked L boy what he was doing he said, "I cleaning the dirt!"

Mmmmmmmm good

I know everybody thinks their wife is the best cook, and they may be right, but I just had to share this lovely meal that Netty made for me.

It was so very good. Not many people know that there are few things I like more than a tasty salad - healthy and yummy!

Biased hide and seek

Tonight A B decided he wanted to play hide and seek. Here he is playing his own little version.
It was especially funny for his Mom and Dad because he did this spontaneously. And he kept doing it over and over. The video is probably the 12th time or so, so he's got all of the "script" down because he knows he's being filmed.

I thought it was especially heart warming to hear him sound so sincere when he would "finally" find his moose after all that hard work.
